The Kellogg School of Management is one of the top-ranked graduate business schools in the country.  Peggy worked with the Dean to develop the curriculum for a graduate course in international business on an accelerated timeline.  She also served on the Honor Code Committee and earned the Dean's Award at graduation.

Loyola University Chicago

Loyola University Chicago offered a dedicated graduate program in Human Resources Management, and Peggy chose a concentration in Compensation and Benefits to strengthen her technical skills.  Peggy's future-oriented thesis in telecommuting was decades before the pandemic drove a work-from-home culture.

BS in Business Management

Northern Illinois University

Northern Illinois University has a strong reputation as a business school.  As a junior, Peggy was selected to develop curriculum and teach four undergraduate courses in two academic departments.  Through her participation in ROTC, she was commissioned as an officer in the US Army and was honored as a Distinguished Military Graduate.
